19th Century Dutch or Flemish Oil Painting on Canvas Signed MT 1854 bottom lower right corner.

Highly detailed dutch school oil painting depicting country life. Two people on a horseback taking a break while their horses are drinking water conversing with two local fisherman, with baskets with their daily catch. A cow is laying on the left side and small boats with fishermen are depicted on the left seashore. The painting is in very good condition showing wear consistent with age. It is artist signed lower right and dated 1854. Great composition and excellent level of detail leads one to believe that this painting was done by a masterful artist.
